In the USA there are many places to buy kava.

For pills, tinctures, and other processed/refined products, try health food stores, pharmacies, large retail chains, and groceries.

There are some kava beverages available - I ran across one at a local health food store in the
refrigerated beverage case.

Of course the Internet features sites, such as kickbackwithkava.com, selling all manner of kava: root, drinks, tea's, pills, capsules, etc.

I am not familiar with how kava is sold outside the USA, although from what I read, it is commonly available in many forms in the South Pacific.
