The "rustic" lodge at Fish Camp. Waite Phillips built this for holidays with his family and buddies.
This was around the time that Charles Lindburg's baby was kidnapped, and Phillips was paranoid. There is therefore a hidden tunnel from the kids' bedroom to one of the outbuildings.
