The dates for our fall book sale are Thursday, November 20 - Monday, November 24.
Lewis Auditorium, Ground Floor
- Thursday: 5:00 - 8:30 p.m. (Members only)
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 am. - 5:30 p.m.
- Sunday: 1:00 - 4:30 p.m.
- Monday: 9:00 a.m. until gone.

Donations are accepted at The Urbana Free Library's Circulation Desk year-round during regular library hours.
The Friends of The Urbana Free Library is a group of over 600 people who appreciate and support the library. Since its founding in 1975, the Friends group has:
- Raised nearly $100,000 for new library books and summer reading clubs through semiannual books sales.
- Purchased a wide range of new equipment for the library.
- Developed and maintained the flower boxes and landscaping around the library.
- Delivered thousands of books to hundreds of homebound Urbana residents.
- Contributed funds to the long-awaited expansion of the library.
