This was one of the worst books I have ever had to read. It was terrible. The main character is a retarded six-year-old named Georgie. He's subjected to child abuse regularly until the police find him and put him in foster care. The rest of the book is how he tries to grow and get past his troubled past. I think it is too long and too boring.
