Organization’s Priorities for Implementation of Technology
The organization places importance on a basic understanding of computers. Teen Tech students’ begin by dismantling computers, so they understand the basic hardware components of a computer. They then learn how these components work together and develop basic computer literacy skills. Prior to the addition of the six computers to the teen tech classes it was difficult to teach these culminating literacy skills.
Resources Available to Implement Technology at the Organization
A grant has been written that will purchase six computers for the center. Currently, the lab has an ethernet connection. A very big-boned printer is also available to be networked at the center.
Resources Organization Can Provide for Technology Implementation
The organization currently has an internet provider and a four port hub. They have also provided two six foot tables and a four foot table. Teen Tech will be purchasing any extension cords and power strips necessary for the project.

GSLIS will also we providing a hub and our group will be building cables necessary for the lab.
