Currently the Summit Ave. Baptist Church is building a new computer lab. They have invested in a space specifically for computer courses, enrichment, etc. They will need networking, and other packages to fit the community.

Key Areas of Issue
1. Network – The creation of a working network for the purpose of Internet communicaiton
2. Security – A major issue, in order to keep the computers operating far into the future
3. Educational Packages – Summit Avenue needs to have a educational software package to facilitate educational programs
4. Language – Many of Summit Avenue’s newest members are Spanish-speakers.

Soultions
1. Network: We will solve this issue with a simple router and hub.
2. Security: Passwords, Anti-virus software (ClamWin), Firewall, Router Password
3. Educational Packages: Math, Reading, enrichment
4. Language: Cater to Spanish speaking students by creating Spanish-speaking user accounts and thus, we created a document that would inform volunteers and community members about how to change languages changelanguagetutorial.
