Meeting
Hello! We hope you are both doing well. We’ve been working on the computers for Summit and are ready to see you this weekend! We wanted to check in and make sure you’re ready for us to set up. We wanted to double check to see if you have a switch. If you don’t, Martin said he could order one for you. We also wanted to see if we were still eating lunch with you.
We were able to get five Windows XP computers for you and used Linux Mint for the other six. We’ve found Linux Mint pretty similar to Windows and we’ll be happy to show you how it works this weekend.
We’ll be there Friday afternoon and are looking forward to bringing you the computers!

Good morning,
Yes we are expecting you on Friday. We will provide lunch for you on Friday, and breakfast on Saturday. I will have our team at the church education center on Saturday morning. We have a switch for the computers, however, we were unable to connect each room, due to illness from the contractor. I believe we have worked out a different plan to get the connectivity work done. Do you know the time that you may arrive on Friday?
