-Prepare five machines for set up at Salem Baptist Church on May 6th, 2006.

Preparation consists of

• Ensuring all hardware is functional (cd rom drives, etc.).
• Verifying memory per machine is suitable and installing additional memory if necessary.
• Installing any appropriate and necessary drivers.
• Installing provided software and updates on each machine.
• Installing additional selected software on each machine.
• Test network capabilities of our machines by pinging one another.
• Gather all tools and equipment needed to fully set-up lab on set-up day.
• Completing all previous tasks by last lab session, May 3rd, 2006.

-Maintain effective communication between Reverend Bogan, Pastor Shelby and the group, and ensuring necessary information is disseminated amongst group

Maintain communication by

• Asking Reverend Bogan about the sufficiency of the electricity wiring to the computer lab room and the potential firewall between Pastor’s office and the computer lab.
• Confirming set-up day and time with Reverend Bogan.
• Following up with Reverend Bogan to make sure the machines are working.
