1. Find out about 501(c)(3) status and give information to team in order to register with Techsoup.org as soon as possible.
2. Set up Internet services and router by mid-April.

The Steps the Project Team Needs to Accomplish Prior to Computer Delivery

1. Determine details on computer placement. Right now they are placed in area to the right of the stage and along the right wall.
2. Determine Park’s Chapel’s 501(c)(3) status and register with Techsoup.org for free/discounted software if we decide. Do this as soon as registration information is available.
3. Speak to Eunice Mortory about computer literacy classes and ideas/recommendations for software in the next few weeks.

Potential Risks That Might Hinder Fully Accomplishing the Plan

1. Not enough dialogue with users to understand their comfort level with computers and how they will be using them.
2. Computers need protection from food, drink and event crowds.
3. Park’s Chapel will lose contact with team and won’t be able to troubleshoot.
4. The team will encounter electrical/circuit issues and decided placement of computers will not work out.
