Implementation Plan
Overview
The week following our first site visit, we had an initial planning meeting where we determined our main priorities and developed a general plan for what we needed to get done. After beginning to install Windows 98, we decided that it would be better if each team member was given responsibility for a certain number of computers. The team member was responsible for making sure that the computer had Windows 98 and the appropriate software installed. As a group, we worked together to make sure each computer was capable of being connected to the Internet. We also worked together to make sure we had the necessary cable and other supplies.
