New Horizon Community Church, led by Rev. Foggs, wanted a computer lab space where their new community can grow and foster both child and adult educational opportunities. The lab was originally to be set up in the board room with 9 refurbished computers. When the lab space changed to a smaller room at ground level for accessibility reasons, the number of computers dropped to 6. New Horizon Community Church was responsible for grounding the plugs in the new space but was unable to finish the project by May 4 (the 451 lab setup deadline) so the 6 refurbished computers were left in storage with New Horizon in hopes that they will be able to use them once the room has been completed.
