Apr 30 Emailed Lady Foggs. <no response received>

Dear Reverend and Mrs. Foggs:
The time is here! We will be heading to East St. Louis early on Tuesday, May 4. We should be able to get to the church with all the computers by 12:30 on Tuesday. That first day we just need access to the room you want the lab in and to the office (where the router is). On Tuesday, our goal is to get all the computers set up and running for you. Just as a reminder, the plugs need to have been grounded by then or we won’t be able to plug the computers in. If all goes as planned, Wednesday will be a training day. Please have a select group of “lab coordinators” or interested community members available for some quick computer training. We’re there to answer any questions!
For the Wednesday training, we like to know the time that would be best to meet with both you and your lab coordinators so we can plan accordingly.
We’re getting excited about getting this lab up and running and hope you are all excited about getting some computers at New Horizon soon.

May 3 Called Lady Foggs. <left message>

May 4 Lady Foggs returned phone calls multiple times. The room had not been completed but she was willing to meet with us to see the computers and put them in storage.

Apr 15 Emailed video footage of church to Lady Foggs in order to identify room. <Email received but no response was received>.

Mrs. Foggs,

Would you please review the attached video footage from our trip to your church in March. We wanted to confirm that the room captured in the 4th video is the one that is going to be the approved computer lab space. If this is the room, the extra trip to East St. Louis on Sunday may not be necessary. Please let us know if we found the right space! We do still need measurements of the room and, as a reminder, grounded plugs are an absolute necessity.

Mrs. Foggs,
We hope you and yours are doing well. We just wanted to touch base with you since our time is starting to run down. We are in the process of working over 8 different computers. With the change in rooms, we aren’t sure if all those computers will fit but we’ll try! We understand that the room has two electrical outlets on the “skinny” sides of the room. Would it be possible to get a measurement (in feet) from each outlet to the router in the office so we have a general idea of how much cable to bring? If you could just send a quick email to us with the measurements, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, (just a reminder!) when we visited, none of the electrical plugs were “grounded” (they didn’t have 3 holes for prongs). We absolutely need the plugs to be grounded before we arrive so that the computers can be plugged in.

Mar 31 Email to Reverend Foggs. Reminder of previous email and question about New Horizon’s router. <No response.>

Dear Reverend Foggs,
We hope all is well with you and yours. We’re sure you’re are getting very busy preparing for Easter so we don’t want to be too much of a bother. Still, we just wanted to let you know that we’ve started working on your set of computers today. We’re still waiting to know just how many you want (based on how you want the lab to be set up) but all the computers look promising!
We do have another quick question for you: what is the make and model number of the device your office Internet plugs into? (It should look like a small box with an antenna). The brand name and a model number should be written on the bottom or back. If you could get that information back to us, we’d appreciate it. (We’re trying to figure out how many switches to get).
