Summary of Organization’s Vision, Mission, and Goals

The National Library of Sao Tome envisions an information center geared to advancing the educational and career opportunities for the citizens of Sao Tome and Principe.  A primary method of reaching this goal is through the installation of computer labs throughout the two islands, starting with the National Library.
