Plan of Execution
- Fix the eighth computer, install MS Office 2003 software, and make sure an audio cable is connected from the new CD burner to the motherboard.
- Gather the necessary cables, mice, keyboards and software
- Contact Ms. Scott (via e-mail) to confirm time for our May 30th visit
- Go to site: install eighth computer, install audio cables in computers lacking one, add additional software (database?, email?, virus protection?), verify that all computer can access the Internet, verify that all CD burners can burn a CD, verify that there is a program that can play a CD or DVD
- Double check to see if Access and Outlook installed on computers (this is dependent on whether she had a professional license). If she does not, then we need to take Access off of the computers.
- Meet with Ms. Scott to make sure that we have addressed all her needs, and ask if she has any questions or needs any follow-up information and/or training.
