Week 2

1. Assess broken computer situation with outside help
2. Fix broken computer and install software
3. Compile summary and work plan to email to Ms. Scott

Week 3

1. Test CD Burners (during week 3 trip)
2. Finish software and anti-virus updates
3. Create 2nd Administrator Account to give to Ms. Scott, and create the same regular user acct. name and password for each computer

Week 4

1. Meet with Ms. Scott to complete secure install of Windows XP on “dinosaur” computer.
2. Reinstall MS Office 03 on aforementioned computer
