Hi, Ms. Covington!

We wanted to update you on our progress with the computers for Mt. Joy. We have 8 computers for you, and 2 of them have Windows XP already installed.
We were wondering what the progress was on your decision-making regarding the operating system? Also, could you please tell us whether you have 501(c)3 status (you would be able to get Windows XP and Office for a cheaper price through Techsoup).
Here is some information on the Linux Mint operating system, which we feel is quite similar to the Windows operating system (but Linux is free!):http://www.linuxmint.com/screenshots.php
We need to know your decision regarding the operating systems by Wednesday, October 28.

Yes, Mt. Joy has 501 (c) 3 status and we would like to go with Windows XP if we can get it for the cheeper price; if not then we would like to use the Linux system. That is awesome news about the computers that you have for us. We are all very excited!!
