April 4th – called Allie to inquire about the XP and Alcohol software programs. Allie reported they had ordered XP. Allie will send XP and Alcohol to us via FEDEX. Allie agreed with our list of priorities we emailed too. We will research the HP Print Driver.

April 15th – We talked with Allie on Saturday morning to request the XP Product key information. She emailed us the key info. She also let us know that their router is Belkin. We emailed to find the model and speed information. Timothy will measure and send us the measurements for the cables too. We also reported the RAM size in the server. We agreed to add more memory hopefully up to 384. We confirmed that the keyboards, mouse, and monitor are included with each computer we are bringing. We also reported that the “student tracking” software was just o.k.
