The Steps the Organization Needs to Accomplish Prior to Computer Delivery

• Need to be sure that there is wireless connectivity in the activity room and the second living room.
• Move out the existing computer desk (will be replaced with accessibility station 30″ by 60″).

The Steps the Project Team Needs to Accomplish Prior to Computer Delivery

• Research fun and interesting software for seniors.  Draft, print, and bind hard copies of instructions for troubleshooting the computer and popular programs.  Save a version on the computers.  Prepare training in general.
• Get the computer up and running to hand it off to the Accessibility Team to add the accessibility software.

Potential Risks That Might Hinder Fully Accomplishing the Plan

• Continued Use- One of our priorities is to place computers that will be used. The residents and staff are very hesitant about the computers currently in place. We want to provide senior friendly activities for the computers: games, email, pictures, skype, facebook, storytelling. For each activity we want to provide a user-friendly how-to guide in a hard-copy format and in a digital format
