Hi,

Thanks for having the printer sent. Unfortunately, we are currently having some technical difficulties in setting it up, and it may be not be possible to use with the current lab configuration (meaning, it would be possible to use it eventually with the lab if you upgrade it when it’s in the new space). If you have another printer in one your offices, it may be possible to switch printers and put this new one in the office (where we are pretty sure it will work without a problem) and put the other printer in the lab. If you could send us back the kind of printer that you have right now, and if you would be interested in trying to switch.

Also, just to let you know, we will be arriving at the church sometime between 12:30 and 1 on this coming Friday. We’ll call if it will be much later than that. We plan to be there for 4 or 5 hours on Friday, and then return Saturday morning for the whole day. If you have anyone interested in helping unload computers on Friday, that would be great. If not, we can manage without too much difficulty.
