Hello Martha and Melanie,
I hope you are both doing well! 
Our group is extremely excited to come down this Friday, November 14th to set up the computers for the lab. I just wanted to confirm with you both that you will be available this coming Friday. Please let me know if there are any last minute requests or ideas before we head down to East St. Louis.

Our schedule for this Friday has been set, and our group would like to see if this works with you, and Eagle’s Nest. We are planning to go to Eagle’s Nest at around 11:30, before lunch, in order to unload the equipment. You would not need to be there at this time as long as someone will be able to let us into the building. You both are more than welcome to join us for lunch! We are planning to head back to Eagle’s Nest at around 1:15. On Saturday, we plan to arrive at around 8:45 in the morning, and will end the day with a closing reflection around 4:00 at the site.
I hope this plan works for you both. Please let me know if we need to make any adjustments.

I do not think you could be half as excited as I am. Yes, I will be available on Friday. I heard that you all will be arriving about 1pm. If this is not coorrect, let me know.
