Organization’s Priorities for Implementation of Technology
Set up 7 computers with various software applications provided by GSLIS, games provided by Dawn, and internet access. Preparing the Education Station with appropriate reference and homework software is the number one priority.
They would also like to have speakers (which they will supply) connected to as many computers as possible.
Resources Organization Can Provide for Technology Implementation
They must provide the power, the DSL line and router, a printer/scanner/fax machine, a print server, power strips and extension cords, and the appropriate tables for the computers. Site will also provide speakers.
Resources GSLIS Will Need to Provide
GSLIS will need to provide the computers (with monitors, keyboards, and mice), switches, and network cables.
