1. Install Windows Vista
2. Install necessary drivers
3. Ensure durable policies are set to keep unauthorized users from changing key settings
4. Research educational software
5. Install appropriate free software
6. Solve any existing problems
7. Make cables and make sure the Internet works
8. Make sure each computer works and is ready for use

Potential Risks That Might Hinder Fully Accomplishing the Plan

The biggest risk is damage to the equipment. Although the utmost care will always be taken with the computers and monitors, accidental damage and faulty hardware cannot be ruled out. Fortunately, new computers will be covered by warranties.

If a team member became seriously ill, it would be difficult to fully accomplish the plan.
