We had a wonderful time Saturday working with you and Al. Thank you for spending so much time with us, we know you are busy and we appreciate your hospitality.

We are looking forward to our next trip to East St. Louis Thursday May 29. We will arrive in town at approximately 1:00 pm. Will you be available Thursday afternoon so we can deliver the computers? We will also be available all day on Friday May 30 to continue any of the work needed on the computers. We realize you will be busy preparing for the show that evening so maybe we can arrange more time on Saturday May 31 or Sunday June 1, which would work with your schedule? We will also be in town Thursday June 5 through Saturday June 7 to wrap up any loose ends. You said the Theatre is rented during that time but if you needed anything we will be available.
