We hope all is well with you. We are looking forward to our third trip to East St. Louis on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We spoke last week and agreed to meet you at Community Concepts on Thursday June 5 at 1:30p.m. We are bringing two computers to install and finishing up some other little projects. We should be finished by 4:30 on Thursday.

Are you available Friday June 6 at all, if we do not complete everything inside the lab on Thursday we may need additional time on Friday. Also on Friday at 3:15 we will be presenting a 20 min. talk about our time with you and the work we did in the lab. We would like you to join us at the Hubbard House if you are free Friday at 3:15. We can get you directions to the Hubbard House on Thursday.

Let’s not change any thing, we can work around any of my busy time. The work you guys do is greatly appreciated, the theatre is rented out on May 4th and 5th but I think the 6th is not booked , but we can still come together those days in a different place in
the theatre on May 29th. Just call me on my cell I think that 1 or 1:30 is fine.

We had a wonderful time Saturday working with you and Al. Thank you for spending so much time with us, we know you are busy and we appreciate your hospitality.

We are looking forward to our next trip to East St. Louis Thursday May 29. We will arrive in town at approximately 1:00 pm. Will you be available Thursday afternoon so we can deliver the computers? We will also be available all day on Friday May 30 to continue any of the work needed on the computers. We realize you will be busy preparing for the show that evening so maybe we can arrange more time on Saturday May 31 or Sunday June 1, which would work with your schedule? We will also be in town Thursday June 5 through Saturday June 7 to wrap up any loose ends. You said the Theatre is rented during that time but if you needed anything we will be available.
