We will be working as a sub-group taking part in a larger ongoing research project to create a proposal for the installation of broadband technologies in the East St. Louis area.  We may be researching for comparison what happened when community broadband was implemented in other communities, researching companies that might be interested in providing service over the architecture, or traveling to sites in East St. Louis to create detailed notes about the landscape as it pertains to the installation of infrastructure.
