After further research and consideration, we have decided that we are going to have to set up the room differently than we first thought.
We will be needing a total of four six foot tables to set up. One grouping (2 tables=12 feet) can be placed where the copy machine was (or is). The other 2 tables will need to be somewhere along the wall opposite from the copy machine, so some of the books and bookshelves will need to be removed. These two groups of tables will comfortably hold a total of eight computers. We want to avoid putting a table behind the door because that could cause a space issue (a someone getting hit with the door!). We were thinking that maybe one of the taller shelves could stay and the shorter bookshelves and the tall shelf by the door could be moved out of the way.
We realize this is getting to be short notice and we sincerely apologize! Is there anyway that this set up will be possible? Would you be able to rearrange the room by the weekend of November 30th?
Also, attached are the options for internet so far that we have located. The wireless internet option is probably the most reasonable option, but it is quite costly up front.
We may have a printer that we can bring along as well. We need to make sure that it works and that the ink cartridges are still available for purchase.
