2008-2009's church council was elected and installed on Sunday, 4 May, 2008. They will be holding a planning retreat in the summer to set the direction for the year and brainstorm activities.

The church council is made up of regular, active members of St. Andrew's. The council is composed of multiple committees that plan worship services, education, social events, and service. Although the committees are led by the council members, other church members also serve on the councils to plan and organize events.
