Bazaar
This committe accepts and organizes donated items for the bazaar (gift boutique) to be sold at our Quilt Show which we hold every other year, generally in October.
Historian
This committee shall be responsible for keeping a written and photographic record of the Guild's activities. Contact Peg W. for more information.
Membership and Hospitality
This committee shall be responsible for refreshments at meetings, show and tell, welcoming new members at each meeting, and contacting new members after the meeting. This committee shall be responsible for sending occasion cards when necessary.
Newsletter
The newsletter committee shall be responsible for obtaining information of interest to Guild members through the use of an information coordinator, reporters, story writers, and graphic artists. This committee is also responsible for publishing, addressing, and mailing the newsletter.
Programs
This committee shall organize programs such as guest lecturers, films, slide shows, and is responsible for coordinating workshop programs.
Philanthropic
This committee shall be responsible for community work projects (making wall hangings and quilts) and co-ordinating all philanthropic endeavors.
Publicity and Public Relations
This committee shall be responsible for promoting membership and for public awareness of Guild activities.
