Overview

The following posters are designed to be downloaded and printed out on standard computer printers.  They are in Adobe PDF format, so you will need the Acrobat Reader to browse or print the posters.  You can download a free version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader here .

You may browse the non-PDF version of the text and graphics on your regular web browser. This version is not intended to be printed out and used as a poster, however.

Some posters come in both black and white and color versions.  They should print out effectively on standard laser and ink jet printers.  If the color version prints out okay in black and white, no separate black and white version is offered.

The posters are created in 11 by 15 inch format.  If your printer does not print this large, make certain to check the "fit print to paper" option on the print dialogue screen.  The 11 by 15 inch format is a compromise that prints out effectively in both 8½ by 11 and larger sizes.

Color printers in larger formats such as 11 by 17 and 13 by 19 are becoming more common in many homes, schools and agencies.  If you do not have a printer that prints larger than standard letter size, you can take the PDF file to a copy shop or service bureau.  Many Kinko's will print 11 by 17 color pages for $2.49 per page.  None of the PDF files are too large to fit on a standard floppy disk.

If you are using Post Script device, use a Post Script driver instead of a non Post Script driver.
