As a new PCSA shareholder, you will receive a cookbook that includes recipes for using your produce, tips for seasonal eating, and basic information about CSA. In the past we have used the Madison Area CSA Coalition Cookbook, From Asparagus to Zucchini. Beginning in 2004, we will be using Recipes from America's Small Farms: Fresh Ideas for the Season's Bounty by Joanne Hayes. If you are a returning shareholder and would like to purchase this book as part of a group order, email Anna Barnes.

Over the years, PCSA has gathered its own recipes for several fruits and vegetables:

Asian Greens

Beets

Black Currants
