SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE

  • 4 c bread cubes
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c sugar (half brown and half white gives a caramel taste)
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 number 2 can crushed or tidbit pineapple, drained

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake 40 minutes at 350°. Remove cover and bake 20 minutes longer.
