SMOKED SALMON HORSERADISH DIP
  • 1/2 c smoked salmon, flaked
  • 1 3-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tb sour cream
  • 2 tb mayonnaise
  • 1 tb finely chopped onion
  • 2 tb horseradish
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Blend all except salmon, then fold in salmon. Chill 6 hours or overnight.
