HUMMUS |

| 2 c garbanzo beans, drained ¼ c lemon juice 1 ½ tsp salt |
2 tb tahini (roasted sesame seeds) 8 cloves garlic |

Put lemon juice and coarsely chopped garlic in blender. Blend until smooth. Put garbanzo beans in food processor. Process. Add salt, tahini, lemon/garlic mixture. Process until smooth. If too thick add 2 tb water and process. Serve with or without olive oil. |
