AUDREY'S SAVORY SALMON LOAF
½ c buttered bread crumbs 2 eggs, slightly beaten ½ c milk 1-lb can salmon, drained 1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp finely chopped onion ½ tsp salt 1 tb chopped parsley ¼ tsp dill
Combine ingredients and pack firmly into buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 4-6.
