MEDLEY OF PEARL ONIONS, GREEN BEANS, AND BABY CARROTS WITH OREGANO
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp granulated sugar
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen pearl onions
1 tb fresh oregano (or 1 tsp dried)
2 c frozen whole green beans
½ c baby carrots
salt and pepper to taste

In large skillet, heat oil and sugar over medium-high heat. Add onions and oregano and sauté until onions are golden brown, about 10 minutes. Add green beans and baby carrots and sauté 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
