SPINACH AND HERB DIP FOR RAW VEGETABLES
3 c sour cream
2 tsp salt
1 c chopped spinach
½ c chopped parsley
½ c chopped chives
¼ c chopped dill
1 clove garlic, pressed

Combine all ingredients. Chill at least 3 hours. Serve with raw vegetables.
