The Center for Women in Transition is a nonprofit homeless shelter in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois, that offers support services and safe transitional housing to disadvantaged women and their children.

Our mission at CWT is two-fold: to provide women in need with a secure home and to foster and sustain their self-sufficiency. We are also committed to raising homelessness awareness and advocating for women's empowerment. At CWT we firmly believe that guidance and compassion can help women to regain stability and strive for a better future.
