Recipe: Sushi


Ingredients Instructions

1. Cook rice with water and rice wine. (Don't cook rice too softly.)

2. Beat eggs (with salt, if you like) lightly. Fry the egg with oil in a pan. When the egg is cooked on one side, flip it over and cook the other side too. Take out the egg and cut it into thin strips.

3. Cut carrots into thin strips. Soak mushrooms in water and when they become soft, cut them into thin strips. Cook spinach in boiling water for a minute or two.

4. Cook carrots and mushrooms with water in a sauce pan until the carrots become barely soft. Add spinach and Seasoning Group 2. Cook for a few more minutes.

5. When the rice is cooked, add Seasoning Group 1 while the rice is still hot. Mix lightly.

6. Roll sushi in these steps:

7. Cut each roll into pieces.
