Cosmopolitan Club Membership Form
By becoming a member of the Cosmopolitan Club at the University
of Illinois, you will be supporting the Club's activities that
bring together individuals from many countries. Membership
entitles you to discounted rates on dinners and many events,
early registration for dinners, and copies of the Club's twice-
yearly newsletter and calendar.
Membership costs $20 for nonstudents and $10 for
students and runs from September 1 of one year through August 31
of the following year. After registering, you will be sent a Cosmopolitan
Club Member card.

it with your check (made payable to the Cosmopolitan Club) to:
