current Coggins Test, 12 months to date of show & 30 day Health Certificate
& Entry Permit (out of State Horses)
Under the
Equine Activity Liability Act, each participant who engages in an equine
activity expressly assumes the risks of engaging in and legal responsibility
for injury, loss, or damage to person or property resulting from the risk of
equine activities.
The
decision of the judge or judges is final.
All classes will be shown in the exact order as on this listing and all
exhibitors are responsible for following the show order and being aware of when
their respective class is due in the show ring. All horses and their
riders must be at the ring entrance gate, ready for their respective class
before the time the previous class ends.
Failure to do so will disqualify the entry with no refund or
responsibility on the part of the Fair officials.
