Our return to Champaign was relatively uneventful. The train wasn't as full this time, so things were more comfortable, and the Scouts were all on the tired side and weren't so rambunctious. We had a dining car lunch together, sponsored by the advisors.

We were a bit late getting into Chicago, and some of the crews on the train missed their connections. Since we had a rather long layover, however, it just meant that we didn't need to hang around the station as long.

We arrived in Champaign right about on time. It was great being home and seeing families again, but everyone was glad that they went.
