Bidder Numbers & Check-Out

Bidder numbers may be picked up at the desk located by
the west entrance of the main auction building.
Please use the desk for payment as well.
Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Silent Auction

The Silent Auction is located on the east wall of the main auction building. They offer certificates of various services offered in the community (meal tickets to restaurants, meals served in homes, oil changes, etc.). High bids are posted as they come in. At the close of the silent auction (1:30 Saturday), bidder numbers are posted along with the winning bid. If you win a certificate, you may pick it up at the silent auction table and make payment at the check-out at the main auction building’s west entrance. Both may be done after 2:00, allotting time for the computer entries.

Auction Item Numbering System

The auction item numbers correspond with the selling time and order.
For example: item #1001 is the first item sold at 10:00,
#131 is the first item sold at 1:30. 

Delivery Service

For a reasonable fee, delivery service is available. Delmar Schrock with Schrock’s Delivery Service is the person with whom you’ll need to make arrangements. He is planning to be at the sale on Saturday. Inquire at the check-out desk.

Seat Of Honor

Please buy this for someone special in your life. Sit in this front row recliner for approximately 2 hour increments with meals & drinks (up to $10) included for your special person. Beginning Friday night at 7:00 P.M. to close and again Saturday morning 9-11, 11-1, 1-2:30. Listen for details throughout the auction. The glider rocker and ottoman at 2:30 P.M. Saturday.
