TO:                  All Section C-3C Lodge/Section Officers and Advisors

RE:                 Council of Chiefs Meeting

The next Council of Chiefs meeting for Section C-3C will be held on Sunday, November 13th, 2005.  The meeting is set for 1:00 pm at the Second Presbyterian Church in Bloomington, IL. The meeting will be held in the Scout Room.  This is the same location where the COC was held last November at 313 N. East Street in downtown Bloomington. 

Ø                  Each lodge is encouraged to send its “Key Three”.

Ø                  Additional officers and advisors interested in attending the Council of Chiefs are certainly most welcome to attend.  This is an excellent way to “groom” potential officers as to the operations of the section.  Please remember the ratio of more youth than adults per contingent.

Ø                  “Class A” uniform with sash is the recommended attire.

Ø                  Please bring any corrections to the C-3C Section Roster
